Fitness In Post

In our first "Quick & Dirty" episode, I introduce the Fitness In Post "30 Day Challenge," and the challenge for the month of November is 30 push-ups per day. This is an excellent way to introduce a little bit of activity into our daily schedules that doesn't require setting aside extra time to exercise or go to the gym. Have a 60 second render? Drop and do 10 push-ups. Or set a timer and do 5 push-ups every hour for six hours. Or knock out all 30 at once after lunch to kill the pending food coma. It doesn't matter how you get there...the goal is to do 30 total push-ups per day for the next 30 days.

Use the hashtag #FiP30 to let everyone know you're making the commitment to be more active and take back your health!

This episode is a question & answer episode where I answer the most common question I get: How does the Fitness In Post program work? And after answering that question I answer specific questions submitted by users via social media. I talk about different strategies to lose belly fat, and I discuss EMF (electromagnetic fields) and how to mitigate the negative health effects they have on us as professionals who work with electronics all day long.
