In this episode I chat with Curtis Fritsch about our pre and post-race experience running the Malibu Spartan Sprint. The pre-race interview is in the car on the way to the event, and the post-race interview was done via Skype a couple weeks later. We discuss a little of our training, but mostly we talk about the course specifics, our favorite and least favorite obstacles, and Curtis even threw in a great free plug for Shakeology.
